Ras Al Khaimah welcomed over 670,000 visitors in the first half of 2026, marking its strongest first-half tourism performance on record. Growth was driven by a 47 per cent rise in domestic arrivals, alongside continued progress on major hospitality, infrastructure and connectivity projects, including the Wynn Al Marjan Island resort, scheduled to open in 2027. The emirate is also set to add new hotel inventory with the opening of Rotana Ras Al Khaimah – The Mangroves and SAIJ Mountain Lodge by Mantis later this year.

India continues to be one of Ras Al Khaimah’s key source markets, recording 14 per cent year-on-year growth in 2025, while Indian visitor arrivals rose 27.5 per cent in May 2026 compared to the same period last year. The tourism authority reaffirmed its commitment to the Indian market as it works towards attracting 3.5 million annual visitors by 2030 through enhanced connectivity, new experiences and strategic destination development.
