ITC Hotels Limited has announced the signing of Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Rajgir, further expanding its footprint in Bihar. The management agreement was signed in the presence of Bihar Chief Minister Shri Samrat Choudhary and Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited.

The project is being developed through a long-term arrangement between the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation and Kalsi Buildcon Private Limited. Spread across 2.67 acres, the hotel will feature 107 guest rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of indoor banqueting space, and more than 12,000 sq. ft. of landscaped outdoor lawns for weddings, conferences and social events.

Speaking on the expansion, Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, said, “This signing, together with our recent developments in Patna and Bodh Gaya, reflects our commitment to expanding in demand-led destinations and supporting Bihar’s growing tourism potential.”

The signing follows ITC Hotels’ recent projects in Patna and Bodh Gaya, further strengthening the brand’s presence across key tourism and business destinations in Bihar.

The development is aimed at tapping increasing demand for historical, spiritual and experiential travel, reinforcing ITC Hotels’ strategy of expanding across high-potential destinations in the state.
