Kerala Travel Mart (KTM) 2026 is set to begin in Kochi on September 24, marking the 12th edition of the biennial tourism and trade event and its largest participation in the mart’s 25-year history. Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan will formally inaugurate the event at Grand Hyatt, Bolgatty.
Tourism, Culture and Cinema Minister P.C. Vishnunadh will preside over the inaugural function, while Cooperation and Excise Minister M. Liju will be the chief guest. Suman Billa, Additional Secretary and Director General, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, will deliver the keynote address. Kerala Tourism Secretary K. Biju will make a presentation on Kerala Tourism, while Kerala Tourism Director M. Anjana will release the Sellers Directory.
The B2B meetings and exhibition will take place from September 25 to 27 at the Sagara and Samudrika Convention Centres on Willingdon Island. Buyer registrations have crossed 3,000, including 1,200 hosted and 300 non-hosted buyers. The mart will feature 383 seller stalls representing tourism enterprises and 25 stalls of government institutions.
More than 45,000 business meetings have been scheduled, while 138 media representatives, including 71 international and 67 national journalists, are expected to cover the event. KTM 2026 will also introduce a fully digitised software and mobile application for registrations, meetings and seminars.
